Give Yourself These Gifts and Boost Your Abundance
Filed Under Think Rich Club
Sometimes attracting abundance seems harder than it really has to be, but it gets easier if you give yourself permission to have these three things:
The Gift of Clarity
One of the most important things to do when trying to attract better life circumstances is to get very clear on what you want. This may seem simple, but it can be difficult because so many of us are heavily conditioned by our loved ones, society, and even our own limiting beliefs. Often we won’t allow ourselves to acknowledge what we REALLY want because we don’t believe it’s possible for us to have it.
Take a moment to think about your existing goals right now. Are those the outcomes you truly want? If you had no limitations whatsoever, are those situations and experiences what you would choose – or have you been limiting yourself according to your beliefs or other people’s perceptions about what is possible for you? You can create virtually anything you like – but first you have to decide what you’d like to see there.
The Gift of Time
Do you ever struggle to find the time to meditate, journal, visualize or otherwise work on attracting the things you want? It seems that as we keep getting busier it gets more and more challenging to set aside time for ourselves. You may be pleased to know that you don’t need to spend hours in meditation to create a better life for yourself.
Merely setting aside 10 or 15 minutes daily to clear your mind, visualize something wonderful, or keep a gratitude journal can go a long way in improving your state of mind. You can also perform mini-visualizations as you go about your daily activities. Simply muse and ponder a pleasant scenario for a few minutes, like having plenty of money in the bank, paying your bills with ease, and so on. You are still emitting positive vibrations out to the universe and attracting corresponding experiences!
The Gift of Laughter
Humor is one of the most powerful ways to attract more abundance into your life, but sadly most of us do not deliberately seek opportunities to laugh and feel good. Do you spend most of your days focused on work and other obligations? Does it sometimes feel like you’re stuck in a rut of boredom or stress?
The key is to seek humor that you find funny. We are all different because we have such unique life perspectives. Think about the kind of movies, books, and activities that lift your spirits and make you laugh, and then set aside time each day to enjoy yourself. If you start making laughter a priority in your life, you should find that your mood improves, which improves the signal you send to the universe – which should also return abundance and many good things back to you.
